Email: bacify4@gmail.com
Every enquiry — support, billing, data requests, security reports — goes to that address.
01 What to include
So the first reply is useful rather than a question:
- Payments and credits: the Paystack reference (it starts with
brc_) and the email on your Barcify account. Never send your card number or your M-Pesa PIN — nobody at Barcify will ever ask for them. - Barcode will not scan: the jurisdiction, the element IDs you filled, and what the scanner reports back. Do not attach a photograph of a real licence.
- Account access: the email address on the account. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and cannot be read by anyone here.
- Data or deletion requests: see Privacy for what is held and for how long; say the word and the account is removed.
02 Security
Found something that could expose accounts, credits or payment data? Email the same address with Security in the subject line. Please do not open a public issue and do not test against other people’s accounts.
Barcify will never ask for your password, a one-time code, or your M-Pesa PIN — not by email, not by message, not by phone.
03 What is not offered
There is no telephone support line and no postal address, because there is no office to publish. Barcify is a small independent tool; email is the whole of it. Please do not send money to any account other than the one Paystack presents at checkout.
04 Before you write
Two pages answer most questions: How to use covers the field rules that make a barcode scan, and Terms covers credits, refunds and acceptable use.
